Built to take on the whole job
Creed Construction Group is a general contractor serving greater Houston. We run commercial, industrial, and residential projects, renovation and ground-up alike.
In practice, most of what comes through the door is tenant improvements and build-outs for businesses opening a new location, alongside residential remodels. That is a reflection of what this market needs, not a boundary on what we can execute. If a project is buildable in our region, it is worth a conversation.
Running both commercial and residential work makes us better at each. Commercial jobs teach you scheduling and cost control under a lease deadline. Residential jobs teach you finish quality and how to work around people's lives. Clients on both sides get the benefit.
We keep the operation tight on purpose. You deal with the person running your job, not a rotating account manager, and the subs on your project are people we have worked with before.

Texas does not license general contractors. The bar to call yourself one is low, so we would rather be judged on what we carry and on who we put on your site.
Creed Construction Group carries commercial general liability, umbrella, workers' compensation, and commercial auto coverage, at limits at or above what commercial landlords and property managers typically require. A certificate of insurance naming you or your landlord as additional insured is available on request, before work starts.
The trades that Texas does license — electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — are performed on our projects by license holders in those trades. Entity: CCG Contracting, doing business as Creed Construction Group.
